A moment to pause
Updated: Sep 24
This is an intense and sensitive time around the world. We all feel the coronavirus pandemic's impact, and it has switched up our lifestyle. I have been reflecting a lot lately, and I wanted to share a few thoughts I have been pondering.

As stressful as the moment may feel, I also believe there is room for opportunity. What I mean by opportunity is perhaps this might be a period of self-reflection. A re-set. It could mean, for some, the chance to connect on a deeper level with loved ones or catch up on reading and shows. It might also mean more self-care or the opportunity to buy more immunity boosters.
It has also been a period of re-centering and being grateful for what I have. I am incredibly thankful for the people who show their support and love daily.
This moment has felt like we could all use the extra support and vice versa.
We must remind ourselves to be compassionate and kind. We are all human beings. It is essential for all of us to stay calm and support each other. There is no need to buy in bulk and hoard by leaving the most vulnerable without the essentials. This virus is contagious - but fear and panic can also have that effect. Remember, we are all in this together. We have to be strong together, and we can all be a part of the solution.
As we get ready to start this new week, let's remember to practice self-awareness. Re-assess and reflect. We will get through this. Stay safe and healthy. I am sending you all love and light.
